Geographic Tongue: The condition is benign but the cause is mostly unknown. The condition may disappear over time, but it is impossible to predict if or when this may happen.

No: Geographic tongue also known as benign migratory glossittis constantly moves around and typically does not disappear. Being benign it does not cause any health issues.
