Usually a few days, but if you have a ureteral stent in place, you may see bleeding for as long as the stent is present. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids to keep your system flushed out.

Bleeding should stop in about 2-5 days, on average. Can still have microscopic bleeding few days afterwards. But if you still bleeding 5 days afterwads (or have any significant bleeding at any time) speak to your surgeons.
