Unclear.: "Kidney pain" is rare and usually only accompanies significant illness, like infection or stones. It is not clear that your coffee is causing pain in your kidneys, and coffee is not well related to flank pain in general. Kidney stones have both genetic and dietary predispositions; they are rare in people your age. Please see a doctor to determine the true cause of your flank pain and discuss.
