What would be a reason for high creatinine and low gfr for the last 6 work up. i had an ultrasound and it was normal.

Renal insufficiency : It would be nice to see the exact numbers for bun, creatinine , & GFR to see CKD level. Didn't tell, six times what type work up you had ? You may want to have 24 hour protein and creatinine. You have no BP or diabetes. The meds are for anxiety & sleep. Aspirin how much? For 48 yo f with fatigue, chronic pain& joint pain you need thyroid and rheumatology work up specially lupus. Thanks.
