Common and ok: Most likely it is the lines alba (white line). This is a scar on your cheek where you sometimes catch it chewing. The scar is so common it has a name. Nothing is normally done for it, but of course you should check it with someone that is seeing it.

Line: Unfortunately I can't see or feel it either. It may be perfectly normal anatomy. Please bring it to the attention of your Dentist. This site is not for specific diagnosis, but rather for general recommendations and education.
