See doctor ASAP: Your child appears to be in great danger, see your pediatrician asap, the severity of the asthma indicates that he should be under care of a board-certified pediatric allergist. Do not delay.

Workup/mgt: Your son was born prematurely and this may cause symptoms of asthma . As the lung matures and grows there may be some alleviation of his symptoms. Since he is now experiencing abd pain, fever for two months and weight loss, there may be another medical problem. This requires immediate workup and mgt. I would recommend a CBC, differential, ESR, UA and culture once seen.
