for about two weeks now i have been experiencing a spasm or a twitch in my solar plexus area throughout the day. is there a cause for this?

Cannot diagnose: It is difficult to even imagine what this "spasm or a twitch" is or looks like. Needs to be seen and assessed face to face by your doctor. Go soon and hope this clears up quickly.

Solar plexus spasm: The spasm may be due to and irritation of your diaphram often times seen with gastroesophageal reflux.
