Arthritis: What you are describing is a polyarticular arthritis (i.e. Any arthritis affecting 4 or more joints accompanied by pain and inflammation) as opposed to a monoarticular arthritis like gout. Arthritis can be due to several causes - at your age it is possible that you have degenerative joint disease, but you should check with your physician for labs and possible x-ray to help determine the cause.
