Avoid sleep aids: If you are taking 4 tablets of an over-the-counter sleep aid, most of which contain Benadryl (diphenhydramine), i suggest you immediately seek a consultation with a sleep specialist as it is not safe to take high dosages of Diphenhydramine as you are.
