Yes as soon : As possible , you can plan it and get it removed, they are true adenomas ( vs fibroadenomas ) not very common, seen in younger age , some case of malignant transformation was reported

Rare but benign: These are quite uncommon. I don't believe they have any malignant potential beyond normal breast, but if the mass bothers you, feel free to have it excised. Since it's uncommon, see if your biopsy has been or can be looked at by two pathologists.
