Not normal: Normal BP if measured correctly, for a healthy adult is typically considered to be normal when between 90/60 and 120/80. Reading of130/90 would be considered high. If remains high, treatment may be needed. Heart rate is in the upper range of normal.

Pre-hypertension: Stage- sbp 120-139 and dbp 80-89. Normal is sbp less than 120 and dbp less than 80. Recommendation is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Loose weight to a bmi less than 28, exercise, low salt high potassium and calcium diet.
