What do you mean?: I'm sorry no answer has been found yet. Don't do something foolish. Pain syndrome, correct? Even in our dysfunctional health care system, a rheuatologist, neurologist or pain management specialist (1 of the 3) should be able find a cause. Fibromyalgia, porphyria, myofascial pain syndrome, even vitamin d deficiency, arsenic (any enemies?), lupus, early ms, many others. Keep looking, good luck.

Counseling, homeopath: If you feel suicidal please see a psychologist/counselor for support. 99% of magnesium is in our cells- you can have a "normal" blood level and still be really deficient in your cells! you could be hypothyroid with "normal" tests. You might have food allergies, heavy metal toxicity or other problems not tested for. Homeopathy often helps when other docs don't have an answer. Meditation & eft too.

Chronic tension: You list multiple approaches for dealing with this "chronic tension, " but i see no psychological or psychiatric evaluation. Tension can result from anxiety and stress -- mind & emotions affect muscles. Suicidal feelings are also common in depression. There are helpful treatments for these issues -- see a psychiatrist and/or psychologist. Physical treatments alone are unlikely to resolve this.

Depression/ anxiety: Some people with anxity develop depression. Have you tried muscle relaxants, valium to break the cycle? Please see a psychiatrist and possibly an aggressive physical therapist to see if you can get this worked out. Definitely rule out depression and see a neurologist if the pain is in the cervical region.

Tried therapy?: Chronic tension can be diminished with cognitive therapy techniques. Relaxation exercises that require practicing relaxation in the proper form may help. Have you tried medications? Anti-anxiety medications are helpful in reducing chronic tension. Consulting with a doctor, especially when feeling suicidal is critical. There is help available.

Serious word there!: Please get some in person attention asap. Feeling suicidal is a serious thing - a matter of life and death. Permanent solutions for temporary problems are not necessary. You have to be there to discover answers, so find help now. The efforts you list are good things but not right now. Now you need emergency care, then good talk therapy and probably short-term medication until you're under control.
