Alcoholic: There is no health benefit to diluting the alcohol. An alcoholic drinks because they are alcoholic. There is a great section in the book "alcoholics anonymous" that defines all of the ways alcoholics try to drink like a normal person. It may be beneficial to read that chapter in this important book.
