Congratulations: I am very, very proud of you. Drinking a lot of water will help. Some low-calorie fruits and vegetables -- carrots, celery, apples, etc. -- without dip may also help you overcome the munchies. Ibuprofen may help if you're having muscle aches. If you've been using for more than a few days, consider a call your personal physician, but it's GREAT that you've chosen to live better despite the slip.
