Ear congestion: A saline nasal spray and an oral decongestant like sudafed should help, but is this more recent as in a cold and chronic that needs to be investigated as possible allergies?

Nasal decongestant?: Some may be helped by an otc antihistamine/decongestant combination. Others may need a prescription nasal spray (otc nasal spray should not be used on a regular basis because it may worsen the decongestion in the long run).
