Need more info: The fever might be an early warning sign of a more serious infection. Even though the fever is gone I am concerned about the complaints you now have. Please see your family physician asap.

Fever aches: Looks like high fever and headache and aches a viral syndrome. Fever is gone but body aches and headache take fluids and if symptoms continue see a dr.
