I recently got a fever of about 103. now, a day later, the fever is gone but i have bad head/neck aches. i have no congestion or runny/stuffy nose. ?

Need more info: The fever might be an early warning sign of a more serious infection. Even though the fever is gone I am concerned about the complaints you now have. Please see your family physician asap.
