Which antacids can I take while on plavix, (clopidogrel) asprin and pravastin?

Avoid PPIs: At least one of the acid a blockers known as proton pump inhibitors (ppis) have been associated with increase risk while taking plavix (clopidogrel). H2 blockers have not been associated with this risk.

Dexilant has been shown to be a safe ppi.
