Not necessarily: I don't know what you mean by "tiny yellow cm" but leg cramps are not a sign of pregnancy. Lower abdominal cramps are premenstrual signs or possibly very early miscarriage. Sore breasts can be either premenstrual hormone changes or pregnancy hormone changes. If you are pregnant, a pregnancy test might be positive by now.
