Yes: It seems that your anxiety is taking over your life. Definitely worth seeing a psyciatrist and begin treatment or, if already in treatment, the treatment plan needs to be adjusted to match your current , more intense, symptoms.

Need to rule out medical causes first, such as anemia, thyroid issues, medications, etc.
