Gym training or: some simple exercise is good for mind and body health. Why did you stop? Your anxiety may have increased because you wonder about that choice. A mental heath professional can help w/anxiety. Please don't rely on medication alone. "The Relaxation Response" book by Herbert Benson can help also. Peace and good health.
