Pls can u advice me what causes a benign lung nodule, thanks?

Many: There are many causes of benign lung nodules. Of highlight are scars like an old pneumonia that involutes and causes a nodular looking thing, old granulomas, but most of them we don't know and we don't usually worry but to make sure they are really benign.
