Anything: Is possible but pain nearly 4 months after gallbladder surgery is not likely from the surgery. Would need to have an evaluation with your surgeon. Rare condition is pain from retained stone in the bile duct. May need blood tests & new ultrasound. Other possibilities are gastritis, pancreatitis, very rarely infection this late after surgery, etc. See your surgeon for an evaluation.
