Sleepiness: You'll notice its taken a long time for anyone to respond. You don't have a straightforward problem. You could have anemia, hypothyroidism, other endocrine problem or some psychodynamic problem. I'm sure there are lots of other possibilities including neurologic also. You should consult a physician who can see you, i doubt online is going to help.
