No separate things: Vv in left leg arises from incompetent great saphenous vein or incompetent perforator vein. Brains aneurysms are on the arterial side of circulation.

No relationship: Varicose veins have no relationship to cerebral aneurysms. Aneurysms are present in 3-5% of the populace and are more common in smokers and women.
