Two protruding dots on anterior lower leg. they stick out more when flexing leg. is this common of varicose veins, aneurism, or myofascial hernia?

All possible: All of what you mentioned is possible, along with skin lesions, or more likely cysts under the skin. Best to have them examined by our primary care provider at their next available visit. Hope this helps!

Lower leg swelling.: Common things happen commonly. An aneurysm is most unusual. To have two hernias in that location is very unusual. Varicose veins commonly can occur there. See a vein specialist for an evaluation. An ultrasound will help to make a diagnosis.
