Urgently evaluate: It is difficult to diagnose from such little information! however, a number of the signs and symptoms suggest that diabetes needs to be excluded. Type 1 diabetes, the most likely at this age, can be a life threatening illness. Please take her to a pediatrician or the er as soon as possible
