I'm 18 male, bpm still up 100-130 at rest. i've seen cardiologist and doc, they tell me i'm fine?! i excercise alot, bpm gets to 180-190. im scared!

Fast heart rate: There are many reasons for fast resting heart rate. Caffeine, stress, thyroid disease, etc. If evaluation has been complete, don't stress over it. There are medications that could help as well, depending on cause and severity. May discuss with your doctors or get a second opinion.

Check your thyroid: Have blood test done to check thyroid this high heart rate is too high nrrd evaluation with aholter monitor or event recorder to asses arythmias.
