Balanitis: It is important to get evaluated for precancerous or infections. Still, inflammatory skin disease like eczema, psoriasis, allergic dermatitis to rubber, lubricant, contraceptive etc can cause it. Physical friction can predispose circumcised males to the condition.A dermatologist may give some guidance.

Balanitis : Most balanitis is fungal in origin. You and your partner may be passing a yeast infection back and forth. If you were using condoms it is also possible you're allergic to either latex or the spermicide in condoms.
