I hope not a stone!: Your description is suspicious for a kidney stone. The differential includes cystitis or pyelonephritis. You should see your doctor and get a further evaluation including an urinalysis. Good luck and well wishes.

Kidney, gallbladder: Colon or liver. All of these organs could be the origin of the symptoms. Common diagnoses would include urinary infection, kidney stones, gallstones, colitis, enteritis, hepatitis. If your symptoms persist or worsen i recommend a visit to your doctor.
