Raw MIlk: I am not an expert on the subject. My mother grew up on a dairy farm & drank raw milk every day. I have drunk milk straight from a cow's teet & frankly don't care for the flavor of raw milk. According to the fda raw milk can transmit tb, diphtheria, typhoid & strep.

Cow: Raw milk is the perfect milk for the kids of the cow. It s traditionally seen as healthier in many cultures (as opposed to commercial varieties); fat content might be too high (and protein, for some). But my main concern would be safety, it should be not contaminated or carrying dangerous pathogens (brucella, etc). Good question.
