What happens if milk is still allowed to be sold, should't it be raw and organic?

Milk: Is a biological product that has a certain bacterial count when it comes from the cow. Over a very short time the number of bacteria would grow to a level that was harmful to the user - often a child. Pasteurization or heating the milk to a certain temperature for a certain time makes it much safer to drink. Only those on or near the farm can safely use raw milk. BTW all milk is organic.
