Not me: Raw mild is a bit of a fad amongst some with pure/organic diet ideas. The risk is that you might infect yourself with some bacteria that pasteurization was designed to get rid of. While general herds are inspected and usually certified as disease free, "organic" farms sometimes have less diligent inspection. So the risk is yours to assume.
