Yes, but not always: It is common for patient's to experience dizziness with either over or underactive thryoid. This can be due to general fatigue, low blood volume due to excessive sweating, palpitations (fast or slow heart rate), or other complications. You would need to have your thyroid function tests checked. There can be other explanations of vertigo, so please get evaluated further if you are worried.
