Possibly: There are a large number of things that can cause dizziness, and if that is your only symptom, other problems are more likely. Dizziness means different things to different people, do you actually see the room spinning or is it just unsteadiness or feeling faint? Thyroid problems may cause shaking (tremors), palpitations, racing heart, flushing, diarrhea, weight loss, leg swelling, thinning hair.
