Anovulation: You may be perimenopausal and the spotting relates to the hormonal changes that occurs during this time. It appears you are on Prometrium (micronized progesterone) as well and this may contribute to the spotting. If the biopsy was normal. The chance of anything significant that may affect your health is very small.
