This could be a food: intolerance, or a side effect of a medication, if he is on any. It could also be gastritis. I would recommend you keep a written log of what he is eating and when this is happening. Then also, please see his doctor, to make the proper diagnosis. Consider that he/she might be making themselves vomit also.
