Unlikely at your age: Hs CRP or high sensitivity c-reactive protein is a non specific indicator of inflammation or infection in the body. Get a complete exam by your md and have the results repeated over time. It's probably nothing serious. Good luck.

No: http://circ.ahajournals.org/content/108/12/e81.full#sec-7. This reference indicates that high sensitivity c-reactive protein testing is useful in predicting cardiovascular risk including heart attack and stroke. It is not a predictor of cancer.
