Turbinateliposuction: Stab incision into the inferior turbinates inside the nose (thru the nostrils) and then shaving the extraneous tissue out using a shaver/suction device--i describe it as shrinking the turbinates in a proven long term manner as like getting "nasal liposuction" to get the turbinate bulk reduced.
