What would be a better treatment for closely packed ice pick scars on nose? derma rolling, punch excision or tca cross? are the effects permanent?

Nose: Depending on the location and the pattern of scars, excision may be an option but will leave a scar. TCA depending on what strength may or may not penetrate deep enough. Derma rolling is not something I am aware of or would recommend.
