It's not likely: The iud. Get in to see doc, i bet it's a bladder infection but could be constipation. A cervical or uterine infection is more worrisome. Good luck.

Get a pregnancy test: Patients often falsely assume they could not be pregnant if the are on contraceptive pills , using an iud, or have had a tubal ligation. Get a pregnancy test asap. It could save your life or at least limit the risk of a tubal pregnancy. The other thing to worry about is sexually transmitted disease. Get tested.
