Sense of smell: If absent you may have kallmans. The treatment will be injections of either HCG or testosterone. The hcg is every other day testost is longer like twice a month. You can use testosterone patch gel and gum . See endocrineologist and have blood levels drawn fsh lh testosterone free and bound that will give you a better diagnoses.
