Poss celiac: Symptoms could fit celiac disease which can have neurological, digestive and skin manifestations or symptoms. You should see pcp but recommend you ask to have celiac blood tests run in addition to any other work up advised. A neurology and gastroenterology consult may be indicated & helpful given symptoms you mention.
