Pelvic Varicose Vein: Failure of the valves in the ovarian veins is common, and can lead to pelvic varicosities, which can cause heaviness and aching in the pelvis, discomfort during and after intercourse. The best available treatment is embolization of the varices and ovarian vein. I suggest consultation with an interventional radiologist who has experience in this area.

Pelvic congestion: Pelvic congestion is related to to incompetent valves in the ovarian veins allowing venous reflux causing venous pelvic engorged veins. They can be asymptomatic or cause pelvic aching/pain. When they are symptomatic they can be treated through a minimally invasive procedure by blocking off the veins by an interventional radiologist.
