Fluanxol: This belongs to group of antipsychotics called thioxanthenes, one example of which is called Navane in usa. One possible alternative is a medicine that combines both Prozac (fluoxetine) with zyprexa (olanzapine) & is called symbyax (fluoxetine and olanzapine). Discuss with your doctor.
