Fluoxetine (Prozac): Fluoxetineis amongst one of the safer & better tolerated anti-depressants with anxiolytic properties belonging to the ssri class. Headaches have been reported in up to 20% of patients. Spasm & numbness are less commonly reported. Hyperkinesia (commonly confused with spasm) are seen is about 2% of individuals who use this medication. Other things can cause headaches, numbness & spasm. Consult dr.
