Sadly, not much: When you have hemorrhoids in pregnancy there's not much you can do save for a few simple things. Drink until your pee is clear to prevent constipation. Use MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) once a day. It's easy on stomach and not absorbed by body. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruit and fiber. You can try otc hemorrhoid treatments, but their relief usually doesn't last long. After pregnancy you can see a surgeon. Good luck.
