My left ear is very tender and i'm feeling pain. when i move my head or lay down, i feel great pressure in my ear. what could be my problem?

Other symptoms?: Did you have a my trauma or piercings to the ear? Any fevers, drainage from ear, any change in hearing, or feeling stuffy in the ear? It could be an outer, middle , or inner ear infection or inflammation. Best to have a physician checking out.
