Healthy diet, no straining at toilet, stand a lot, drink plenty of fluids and water, why would i find pink on toilet paper if i see no lumps?

You may: Have a small hemmorroid. Everyone gets real nervous when you talk about rectal bleeding. I'm sure you had a colonoscopy. If so, and normal, and if u go a lot, it may b from wiping too much. Good luck.

GI bleeding: Your symptoms suggest some degree of lower GI tract (colonic) bleeding. These could be unsuspected hemorrhoids, polyps, or diverticuli. I recommend seeing your doctor. A colonoscopy seems indicated.
