A 43-year-old male asked:
I know it's good to drink lots of water, but can peeing too much over a course of a lifetime strain your kidneys from overuse?

No: Your kidneys like to be hydrated. Drinking water helps them from having to do extra work to concentrate your urine. The limits to drinking too much water are more related to your sodium level and heart if you have heart disease. Kidneys love the extra hydration.
