Allergy symptoms: This could be a symptom of allergic rhinitis and post nasal drip. I suggest you try an allergy medication and if this doesn't help see your physician.

Lump: May be acid reflux or just dryness. If you have no fever, drink more water and try an antacid such as zantac (ranitidine). If still present see an ENT. Look under LPR on the web
